THE PURPOSE OF THE LAW:
National and International Law has been established, over
time, to protect Rights. The Government has the Overall responsibility to enforce Law and
Order that would protect Society and our given Democratic System.
MAGNA CARTA 1215 - THE LAW OF THE LAND:
The Magna Carta of 1215 was the first document on the laws of
the land that was 'forced' upon King John, that bound not only the King's subjects, but
the King and his Heirs, thus making NO MAN ABOVE THE
LAW.
Subsequent laws were established based on the Magna Carta
including its S.39
that became the Habeus Corpus Act of 1679. More recently, Laws were
developed by International Conventions and Treaties, that have given foundations and
Rights to International Law.
In 1979 Lord Denning declared that: "The Attorney General...has no prerogative
to suspend or dispense with the Laws."
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST:
It has been proven in this case/site, that Conflict of
Interests are at work. Parties involved in this case, Gemstar (The Defendants) along with
its Legal Representatives, Courts, Government departments, FRU and other,
acted todate as evidenced herein, to the unjust and unlawful detriment of the Applicant,
who is a Self Litigant and are not only in Conflict of their interests (per their
Constitutions) but that of National and International Law and thus Ultra Vires.
